Digital printing has lower setup cost and faster turnaround, and it handles variable data, so it suits short runs and jobs where the content changes. Offset costs more to set up but less per piece at volume, and it holds color more consistently across a long run. We use both, and we will tell you which makes sense for your quantity rather than defaulting to whichever is easier.

Tell us the piece, the quantity and the deadline, and we will work it out with you. Most projects use more than one service anyway. A mailed postcard involves printing, addressing, presorting and USPS submission, and one account manager coordinates all of it.

Yes. Everything is produced in San Diego and local delivery is available across the county, which avoids freight delays. We ship nationally as well, with shipping quoted alongside the job.

It depends on the piece and the finishing involved. Postcards typically run 5 to 7 business days from approved artwork. Door hangers and custom packaging typically run 7 to 10. Foil, custom die-cuts and coordinated multi-component orders take longer. Call us with what you need and by when, and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Both work. Send print-ready files and we will proof them, or our in-house design team can build the piece or clean up what you have. Our Help Center also covers file preparation, bleeds, color mode and templates if you would rather handle it yourself.

Yes. A large share of our work is for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and contract manufacturing customers, much of it IFU booklets, product labels and packaging. We print to the specification your regulatory affairs team approves. TPS is not FDA or ISO certified, so compliance determination stays with your team.
